Gold Rush is Service Cloud’s annual Product Field Readiness Program. It’s a program that will offer on-demand, in-depth, content by product/ by industry to help sellers be even more successful selling Service Cloud.
Gold Rush FY24 is scheduled to kick off on March 20th but all sessions will be available on-demand throughout FY24.

The Live Sessions are part of the “Ask Me Anything Series”, a series being led by the Senior Product Leadership team. This series was added to the Gold Rush catalog with the intent of creating an opportunity for sellers to meet the Product Leads behind the Service Cloud products, and for sellers to ask questions about the latest innovations and roadmap. In-Person Activities: Based on requests from Sales Leads across varying OUs, the Gold Rush Catalog will offer a list of in-person activities to complement the on-demand content. These in-person activities are optional and organized and executed by the Sales Leaders. Here are more details.

In the past, Gold Rush was largely focused on delivering content to Primes and Co-Prime teams. This year’s content is being developed with all sellers in mind. Core AE, BDR, Prime/Co-Prime AE (Service Sellers), SE, Industries, ECS, SMB.
No, Gold Rush is an optional program. It’s a program that complements the content that Sellers will receive at Fast Start, Service Cloud Kick Off, and 2-2-2 Service Cloud Certification.
The Service Cloud Field Readiness Team will be offering targeted Gold Rush Learning Journeys to help sellers navigate through content between March 20th and the rest of Q1. These Learning Journeys will be shared with the Sales Leadership Team in advance to ensure alignment with sales priorities.
Email campaigns will also provide recommendations to sellers on what sessions to focus on next based on their roles and the sessions already consumed.
Yes. Decks will be available on the Gold Rush Highspot page starting March 20th.
